Jeffrey Scott Sussman has been working as a hotel leader for the past three decades and has always been inspired by industry leaders, including Herve Humler, the chief operations officer and president of The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.
Formed in 1983, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company is a prominent establishment in the hospitality industry, with 97 hotels and resorts distributed in 30 countries and territories. Besides presiding The Ritz-Carlton, Herve Humler is also one of the founders of the company.
Mr. Humler presides more than 90 properties in the US and internationally and is responsible for guiding the company through a period of evolution and for accomplishing several awards and achievements that are part of the successful history of The Ritz-Carlton.
As a hands-on leader, he held senior management positions in several The Ritz-Carton hotels, such as in San Francisco, Boston, Hawaii, and more.
