About Jeffrey Scott Sussman

Possessing international experience as a hotel GM, Jeffrey Sussman prepared for his career in the hospitality industry by earning a liberal arts degree from Staten Island University NYC. Jeffrey Scott Sussman went on to study at the Tokyo Language Institute in Tokyo, Japan.

From 1995 to 2002, hotel GM Jeffrey Sussman held multiple positions at The Ritz-Carlton, ultimately achieving the title of executive assistant manager of The Ritz-Carlton Battery Park, New York and the Ritz-Carlton Osaka, Japan. During this period, he also gained international experience managing The Ritz-Carlton Osaka, Japan, and assisting with the Bill Clinton presidential visit to The Ritz-Carlton Shanghai, China. In 1998, he earned distinction as the manager of the quarter.

From 2017 to 2019, he worked as a general manager at the Hashoo group which owns hotels globally in Dubai, London and Saudi Arabia. Since 2019, he has served as a private hospitality consultant at Tanpopo Hospitality in New York City. His work has focused on establishing two international hotel management agreements in the Middle East.
